Sarah's feeling bad again. Her sadness made her sad again. She wishes that she had a friend, one friend in this whole world. Sarah doesn't understand why we hurt each other all the time. This hard world just wasn't designed for such a fragile girl. So she sits in her room, waiting for something to change.

What will it take to make Sarah smile? I haven't seen that look upon her face in quite a while. Of all the wonders from New York down to the Nile, nothing compares to that girl when she smiles.

Sarah's learning the hard way that hearts are broken every day. She can't believe she has to stay trapped in this living hell. But those people who would paralyze her and steal the sparkle from her eyes were called on all the filthy lies they tried so hard to sell. Still, now we need an exorcist to free her from their ghosts.

What will it take to make Sarah smile? What could widen those eyes when every day becomes a trial? She takes the cake, in both substance and style. This grey world shines like the sun when she smiles.

Sarah, lay your head on mine. Let tears flow like wine. And above all tonight, know that things will be all right. Sarah, have a little patience. All your expectations may not work out like you planned, but if you reach out and take my hand, you'll change the world just enough. I'll be great for having known your touch.

What will it take to make Sarah smile? This caged and broken girl needs to heed the call of the world, and maybe she will realize that this world is not so vile. And no one will be denied the joy that is her smile.
